About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Producer to join our team at Flo. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving the creation and oversight of marketing assets that support our business goals and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative briefs for producing marketing assets across Paid UA, ASO, ASA, and Growth initiatives.
  • Lead small-to-medium design projects, showcasing initiative and leadership to bring creative concepts to fruition.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and creative leads to develop and execute creative projects.
  • Oversee all phases of video and photo production, from planning and execution to post-production.
  • Provide ongoing feedback during the production process and oversee the quality and consistency of all creative outputs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Marketing Manager, ASO Manager, or UA Manager.
  • Strong grasp of UA and ASO asset production.
  • Compelling portfolio demonstrating your journey from idea to impactful creative execution.
  • Deep understanding of key metrics (CTR, CR, etc.) and ability to analyze creative test results.
  • Proficiency in various project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Calendar & Sheets, Miro).

  • Competitive salary range: £58,000—£70,000 (London) or €3,200—€3,500 (Vilnius).
