About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Screening Uptake Coordinator to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the validation of learning disability registers held by practices across Devon and accessing lists held by local authorities to authenticate the number of health checks completed for people with a learning disability.

The role requires close working with those managing annual health checks, primary care commissioning and contracting teams. Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of personalised health screening awareness, undertaking community engagement to raise the profile of health screening, and organising initiatives to improve uptake of screening, vaccinations, or other services.
