About the Role
  • This exciting opportunity will provide much-needed support for a Partner and a busy team of Solicitors dealing with conveyancing.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent secretarial skills, including typing legal documentation and coordinating diary schedules.
Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Typing correspondence and legal paperwork with precision and accuracy.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Managing new client case files, updating regularly, and archiving completed files.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and general client inquiries where possible.
  • Assisting with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, shredding, sending emails, and daily post.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
