Administrative Support Professional for Conveyancing

CV-Library is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our conveyancers, ensuring the smooth operation of property transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare client care packs and guide new clients through the completion process under team supervision.
• Obtain land registry documents and draft contract packs for sale under team supervision.
• Keep agents and mortgage brokers updated on case progress.
• Download, save, and provide mortgage offer packs for checking and reporting.
• Liaise with clients regarding ID verification and monies on account.
• Submit search applications and print/search results as instructed by team members.
• Handle the submission of Land Registry applications to register, update spreadsheets, and monitor/repond to requisitions with conveyancer support.
• Prepare bills and maintain an up-to-date spreadsheet for TM and HS.
• Provide general support to the team as an experienced legal secretary.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a legal secretary within conveyancing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Audio typing skills.
• Proficiency in handling telephone calls and client inquiries.
• Ability to draft legal documents and Contract packs with attention to detail.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Land Registry processes and search applications.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain spreadsheets and records.
• A team player with the ability to support conveyancers and colleagues.
What You'll Get
As a successful candidate, you can expect a competitive salary of around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on your experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
