Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist to join our team at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. As a key member of our Institutional Banking division, you will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services to clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in raising funds in the capital markets and provide strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement investment strategies and raise capital for clients
  • Collaborate with senior-level team members and outside professional advisors on M&A and special situation transactions
  • Responsible for drafting situation analyses, pitch materials, and investor presentations
Requirements
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking
  • Degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Business preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations, and lending and credit approval processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance, and securities products
