We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our innovative and dynamic team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver up-to-date treatments, work in a supportive environment, and lead a multi-disciplinary team in providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

About the Role

This is a personally and professionally rewarding role that offers the opportunity to promote innovation and improvement of services, develop your specialist interests, and grow your remit and responsibilities. You will have an office and the support of an associate specialist as ward doctor and a full MDT including Clinical Administrators and Personal Assistants dedicated to your wards and service.

Our Team

Our teams are multi-disciplinary, with extensive knowledge, skills, and experience of working with services like Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) with co-morbid Disordered Eating, Mental illness for male/female adults and older adults, and PICU or Acute Services treating acute admissions to stabilise and step down to a low secure environment. We include patients in planning their care, valuing and embracing each individual's unique qualities.
