About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Signalling Maintenance team. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of work, directing and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and control the safe and efficient delivery of work, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and instructions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sense of direction, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve their best.
  • Compile vital reports and maintain accurate records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work collaboratively with equipment, including signals, level crossings, and points systems, to ensure seamless rail operations.
  • Develop and maintain a range of technical skills across manual, electrical, and digital equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience of organizing and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
  • Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal techniques.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, procedures, and instructions.
  • A clear and inspirational leader with a strong sense of direction.
