You will work closely with equipment including signals, level crossings, and points systems, and will have the opportunity to develop a range of technical skills across manual, electrical, and digital equipment.

As a Team Leader, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of work activities.
