Company Overview:
  Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN LSA to join our 2-form entry school community in Basildon, Essex. We strive to provide an inclusive environment where students with special education needs receive the support they need to excel.

Job Summary:
  We are looking for an experienced SEN LSA to work on a long-term contract until July 2025, with the option to become permanent from September 2025. The successful candidate will have relevant experience supporting children with SEN and be passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  - Supporting students with special education needs in a 2-form entry primary school setting
  - Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized plans for students
  - Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying learning abilities
  - Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular updates to teachers

Requirements:
  - 2+ years of experience working as a SEN LSA in a school setting
  - Strong understanding of special education needs and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
