Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Progeny Financial Services Assistant to join our team, providing essential support to our financial planners and paraplanners.

With a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, this role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and expertise in a rapidly growing industry.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our financial planners and paraplanners in delivering exceptional client outcomes. This role requires excellent interpersonal and client care skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support financial planners and paraplanners in client meetings and activities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate client data on back-office systems.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns within documented service level agreements.
  • Manage planner diaries and coordinate client meetings when necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks and processes in specialist areas, including employee benefits, final salary pensions, and mortgages.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a supporting role within a financial services setting.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • A diploma in financial planning or working towards (desirable).
  • Working towards CeMAP (mortgages; desirable).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of provider platforms and transactional requirements.
