Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. To provide effective leadership and management to staff, promoting high performance standards and achieving the Trust's objectives and priorities.
  2. To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients within their sphere of responsibility.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience of providing professional support/supervision and motivation of staff.
  • An understanding of Health and Social Care Governance.
  • A good understanding of effective systems for integrated governance and the management of clinical and non-clinical risks.
