Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct major unit replacements on-site as needed.
  • Provide support to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and assist with new product launches.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Vehicle sales team to promote product performance and identify field service opportunities.
  • Offer technical support and advice to sales colleagues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their representatives.
  • Communicate with Health & Safety and Field Service Managers regarding any on-site issues.
  • Minimise asset downtime through efficient customer collaboration.
  • Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Complete assignments at the company's workshop facilities when required.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all paperwork and engineering reports.
  • Manage expenses.
