Job Title: SEN Learner Assistant

Location: London

Salary: £90 - £100 per day

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Learner Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive SEND primary school in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing individualized support to SEN students, helping them grow academically and personally.
  2. Collaborating with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and apply creative strategies to meet the specific needs of each child.
  3. Building strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development in a warm, supportive environment.
  4. Assisting in classroom activities and ensuring every child receives the attention and care they deserve.
  5. Regularly communicating with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress and celebrate their achievements.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is a plus, but we're really looking for someone who is passionate about helping children overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.
