Skilled Operations Technician

Talent Solution Partners is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmaceutical Engineer to join our team in Luton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Pharmaceutical facilities.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with an emphasis on training and development. You will be working alongside a strong team of Engineers, covering multiple sites, with requirements to travel to London with all expenses paid.
Main Responsibilities- Record and maintain accurate QHSE documentation using client CAFM systems.
- Meet and exceed client expectations through effective implementation of Quality Management Systems.
- Participate in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance.
- Support and contribute to reactive repairs and PPMs to M&E systems, including BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators, and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of M&E systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum.
