  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine compliance policies to guide Regeneron's UK operations, integrating healthcare, corporate, and other compliance controls.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for employees and third parties, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance principles and industry codes.

  • Provide proactive risk management and compliance support, collaborating with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks.

  • Offer timely and comprehensive compliance-related advice and oversight on new and existing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Regeneron's policies.

  • Stay informed of emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.

  • Closely collaborate with the compliance monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local industry codes.

  • Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice governing the biopharmaceutical industry.

  • At least 7+ years in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, ability to make strong decisions, and design creative solutions to support strategy development and swift implementation.
