Sales Growth Manager Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen at Together for a Sales Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an ambitious individual who is passionate about driving business growth and developing strong relationships.

The Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to grow our business in the corporate sector. This involves building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.

We require someone who is confident in their ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to analyse data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow business in the corporate sector.
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
  4. Analyse data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales or business development.
  • Experience in the financial and property sectors an advantage.
  • Established network of corporate property sector contacts.
  • Proven ability to drive performance from key accounts and develop new relationships.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
