About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Lead Lunchtime Support Worker in a busy school environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and interacting with pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being. This involves setting up and clearing away equipment, maintaining high standards of behaviour, and supporting pupils during outdoor activities.

This is a part-time position requiring 6.30 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with term-time only contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £15,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on experience, and access to training and development opportunities.
