Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with a child who requires one-to-one support due to challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a child with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive daily rate of £83-£90
  • A 3-year contract with the opportunity for extension
