Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Advisor to join our team at Kream. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, booking vehicles into the technical workshop, and ensuring that vehicles are ready at the promised time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
  • Book vehicles into the technical workshop and liaise with the technical team to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including establishing customers' onward travel arrangements, updating customers on the status of their vehicle, and handing over vehicles after service work.
  • Maintain thorough product expertise and stay up-to-date with manufacturer-led training.
  • Adopt a professional approach to the sale of repairs required.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in a main dealer or quality independent environment.
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to build rapport with customers and develop strong working relationships with the team.
  • A full driving license is essential.
