About the JobThis is an exciting chance to join our dynamic team as a Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualised care plans, providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, administering prescribed medication in a safe and responsible manner, and maintaining accurate records of resident care.
Main Responsibilities:- Create bespoke care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Plan and organise engaging social and recreational activities to enhance physical and mental well-being.
- Deliver medication safely and responsibly according to prescribed instructions.
- Maintain detailed records of resident care and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
