Academy Facilitator

At Bank of America, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills through our Academy programs. As an Academy Facilitator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality learning experiences to our employees across the EMEA Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging learning content across multiple business units, leveraging your expertise in facilitation and learning design.
- Review and evaluate learning content to ensure it meets the bank's learning objectives and guidelines.
- Support employees across multiple lines of business with learning and development solutions, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate core and/or upskill Academy programs, both virtually and in-person, to ensure a seamless learning experience for our employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize learning outcomes.
- Proven experience in learning delivery, design, and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of global operations, technology, and corporate functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in project management and coordination.
