We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Health Club Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our health clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for members and staff
- Work with chemicals and cleaning equipment to clean open plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and hoovering
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with colleagues and members
Requirements
- Previous experience in a domestic/cleaning role
- Ability to work under pressure at busy times of the day
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Strong work ethic, time management, and a can-do attitude
