Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our regulated and unregulated portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of credit risk policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy owners and operational stakeholders, to identify areas of change and implement process improvements.
- Own the policy adherence reporting and ad-hoc analysis, providing timely and accurate reports and updates to senior management.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for improving customer outcomes and implementing strategic process changes.
- Ensure the suite of operational process documents are designed efficiently to deliver all relevant policies and support the amendment of operational processes as policies are updated.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience within a credit granting environment.
- People management experience.
- Experience of being part of change initiatives and projects.
- Experience of working with influencing and senior stakeholders.
