Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an Administrative Finance Assistant to join our team at Bulten AB. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring new customer accounts are created correctly.

You will review and maintain accurate customer database and produce weekly updates on anticipated receipts for cash planning. Liaising with Finance Manager on financial issues is also a key responsibility of this role.

The ideal candidate will have advanced MS office skills, credit control experience, and a minimum of 2 years finance office experience. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered, including an 8% company pension, life insurance, and health well-being scheme.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. We offer a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (35 hours per week).
