About the Role

As a Child Development Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to children in their early years development. This involves working closely with the playroom leader to ensure a safe and engaging environment, where children can learn through creative outlets such as art, music, and play.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, as you will be working with children who may have additional needs, such as ADHD, ASD, or S&L. You will also be involved in holding 1:1 reading and phonics sessions with children, which is essential for their educational development.

About the Salary
The salary for this position is £105-£110 per day, paid term-time only. This is a full-time role, working throughout the academic year.
