Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Acosta. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Executives to deliver exceptional results and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives to ensure they are equipped to deliver results and meet performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss results, provide training, and set strategic priorities.
  • Carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans to ensure team members are meeting their full potential.
  • Ensure the team's achievement of return on investment (ROI), sales, and distribution targets.
  • Responsible for driving KPI achievement of each Field Sales Executive and maintaining team satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Regularly analyze team performance and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of commercial development and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
