Job Overview

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Essential Care and Support: Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction.
  • Ensure Safety and Wellbeing: Apply Advanced CPI techniques to manage challenging behaviours and ensure the safety and dignity of individuals.
  • Work Effectively in a Team: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Advanced CPI Training: Only candidates with this certification will be considered.
  • Previous Experience: Working as a Support Worker in a healthcare or care setting.
  • Safeguarding Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
