Compassionate Care Professionals Wanted for Colchester

We are seeking Support Workers in Colchester to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver essential care and support to individuals, focusing on their safety, wellbeing, and independence.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction.
- Apply Advanced CPI techniques to manage challenging behaviours and maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Advanced CPI Training (Crisis Prevention Institute) is mandatory. We only consider candidates with this certification.
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker in a healthcare or care setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care practices is required.
- Able to work effectively in a team and manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care are necessary.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12-15 per hour.
