We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Lead to join our Industrial Operations team at Jaguar Land Rover. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Business Delivery Platform (BDP) training function to ensure all key stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to complete their roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a global training strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, Product Owners, and Super User Network.
- Work with squads to ensure the training strategy is relevant for all different locations and roles.
- Ensure all training materials are relevant and timely to support global delivery.
- Align and comply with regulations and requirements for all training-related materials.
- Experience in Training/Learning and Development with a proven track record of designing and executing training within a regulated organisation.
- Practical delivery of core and soft skills training to small and large groups.
- Candidate focused, with excellent inter-personal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and matrix teams.
- Experience in developing and leading training.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
