About the Role

This Administrative Leadership Position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team in Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for leading the Account Services Team and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Participate in client review meetings with the Strategic Account Manager.
  3. Train new team members and promote adherence to best practices.
  4. Support the team in managing vehicle-related issues and keep clients informed of progress.
  5. Manage daily reports and coordinate booking confirmations and communications for vehicle movements.
  6. Oversee administrative tasks, including PCN fines, vehicle taxation, and V5 documentation.
  7. Promote effective leadership and teamwork within the department.
  8. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in administration is necessary.
  2. A background in automotive or logistics can be beneficial.
  3. Proficiency in computer systems and data management.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Calm and composed under pressure, with a logical approach.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and motivation.
  7. Able to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to travel to other locations if required.

Salary Range: £28,500-£33,000 per annum.
