Job Title: Home Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home Improvement Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Graduate Placements. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with homeowners to bring their dream home to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and provide expert advice on home improvement solutions, including design and installation services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and business success, through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurately measure and install windows, doors, porches, and roofline products, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Offer personalized solutions to meet customers' needs and aspirations, through consultative selling and product knowledge.
  • Address sales goals and adjust to customer needs to close sales, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Demonstrate confidence and expertise in explaining product quality and benefits, through clear and concise communication.
  • Display a genuine caring approach and help customers solve problems to fill the needs of their home, through empathy and active listening.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and understanding of features and benefits, through ongoing training and development.
  • Comply with legal requirements when demonstrating finance options, ensuring compliance and regulatory awareness.
