Job Summary

Nicholas Associates is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sales Designer to join our team. As a Graduate Sales Designer, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to provide support and help create their dream home, offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Effective Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including homeowners, suppliers, and colleagues, to ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to business success.
  • Product Measurement and Installation: Accurately measure for windows, doors, porches, and roofline products to ensure precise installation and meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Support and Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to homeowners, offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs and preferences.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies.

Requirements:
