We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support Team at Novatech Ltd. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal Account Managers and external corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service and support to our internal Account Managers and external corporate customers.
- Work closely with our Account Managers to ensure our B2B customers receive the best possible experience and support.
- Handle requests from our Managed Accounts Team to assist with quotes, orders, and returns, as well as any other administrative work required to keep our customers' projects on track.
- Expand your knowledge and hands-on experience with our range of products and services during your initial training period.
- Build relationships around the wider organization, working together to achieve our overall end goal of giving the customer the best possible journey.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- A passion for IT and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
