Job Title: Fire Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Sales Specialist to join our team in the South West Region. As a Fire Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our full portfolio of Fire Detection and Prevention Solutions and Services to existing and new customers in the B2B arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships within your territory to meet individual sales targets.
  • Design and implement Fire and Life Safety Systems that meet customer requirements and government regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
  • Lead demand-generating activities in the assigned market for the product specialty.
  • Build a sales pipeline to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of Fire systems and British life safety standards.
  • Engineers or candidates with a predominantly Fire-oriented background are welcome.
  • FIA Qualification is desired but not essential.
  • Technical, solution-based sales background.
  • Strong territory management and sales planning skills.
  • Current UK driving license.
