About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Strategist to join our team at The Social Element. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative social media strategies for our clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive business results for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and client services, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of social media trends, platforms, and tools to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored social media strategies that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platforms, tools, and trends to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and deliver high-quality social media reports, presentations, and other materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media strategy, preferably in a creative agency or social media platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices, including content creation, engagement, and measurement.
