**Job Title:** Education Excellence Director

Location: Doncaster, UK

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.

The role of Education Excellence Director involves leading our inclusion provisions, ensuring effective safeguarding and high standards of achievement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving student outcomes and advancing equality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a robust business plan for the growth of our Study Hub, ensuring financial sustainability and successful implementation.
  • To maintain and improve standards, achievement and student progress and development, contributing fully to the strategic leadership and direction of the academy.
  • To foster an ethos of aspiration, challenge and inclusion across the school, promoting the value of education and inspiring others to believe in its importance.

Requirements:

  • Holding Qualified Teacher status in the UK and having previous education experience and leadership experience are essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of how to support students with Additional Educational Needs (AEN) and be able to inspire and influence others in the academy community.
