At Media Forty Two, we're on the hunt for a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our performance marketing agency, you'll be responsible for delivering results-driven campaigns that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience with Google Search Ads, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with paid social is advantageous but not necessary.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn) campaigns, focusing on paid search.
  • Analyze data, form hypotheses, and execute experiments to drive campaign success.
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking set-ups in Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize, create, and optimize landing pages.
  • Stay up-to-date with paid search updates and marketing trends.
  • Interact with clients as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be UK-based, within 1-hour commutable distance of Central London.
  • Must have at least 3 years' Google Search Ads experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strategic mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
  • A great sense of humor and ability to adapt to changing workflows are must-haves.
