This is a fantastic opportunity to join our UK Credit Control Team in Ipswich, working as a Credit Controller within the insurance industry. You'll learn about the insurance industry and AXA XL, collaborating internally and externally, and benefiting from a hybrid work setup between our Ipswich office and remote work.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering effective credit control, investigating and resolving cases, and providing clear commentary for monthly reporting packs. You'll work closely with our international teams in India and Poland, contributing to underwriting reporting packs and developing good working relationships within the business across functions and at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective credit control with consideration of commercial and underwriting relationships.
  • Investigate, progress, and resolve material cases impacting on overdue receivables and unallocated cash metrics.
  • Provide clear commentary for monthly reporting packs and underwriting reporting packs.
  • Work closely with international teams in India and Poland.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships within the business across functions and at all levels.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent analytical and administrative skills.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
