About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Stock Optimization Specialist to join our store management team at Booker Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing the profitability of the store by understanding and taking action on issues that cause stock loss.

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a colleague discount card, health and wellbeing support, and a great holiday package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product promotions and pricing accuracy
- Ensure accurate records are maintained
- Identify and implement solutions to improve profitability

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in supervising or managing a team
- Practical experience in the retail trade
