At Red Bull Powertrains, we are seeking a skilled Calibration Engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the development of a championship-winning Power Unit that complies with 2026 regulations.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private health care cover, life assurance scheme, workplace nursery scheme, company contributed pension scheme, on-site gym & fitness classes, free daily food allowance, and a cycle to work scheme.

The successful candidate will support the calibration and controls, development and optimisation of single and multi-cylinder engines and hybrid PU's. This will involve planning, executing and reporting calibration and data analysis activities on ICE and PU dynamometers and component test rigs.

  • Interacting with the calibration database, supplying calibration tables and variables to support PU operation.
  • Developing methods and techniques for improved efficiency and data quality.
  • Supporting the development of software tools for data handling and analysis.

Key competencies for this role include an Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, knowledge and experience of applying engineering methodology to solving problems, experience of PU dynamometer testing, data analysis and calibration data generation, and experience of interpreting and summarising data and producing technical reports.
