About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.

Key responsibilities include coordinating activities and events, managing maintenance and repairs, and providing administrative support to the Area Manager. You will also be the primary point of contact for residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar environment.
