About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, providing support and assistance with any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the development.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
