Finance Director - International Investment Firm

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join our international investment firm specializing in private equity real estate. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our business, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our real estate funds and investment vehicles.
  • Manage the financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic insights to the executive team, supporting investment decisions and capital allocation.
  • Oversee tax planning and structuring to optimize returns for both institutional and private investors.
  • Collaborate with the investor relations team to produce detailed financial analyses and reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and legal advisors.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems, procedures, and processes to support our growth strategy.
Requirements:
  • Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong background in private equity real estate, with experience managing funds and working across complex investment structures.
  • Proven ability to manage financial operations for multi-jurisdictional entities.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting for large portfolios.
  • Familiarity with ESG-related financial strategies is a plus.
