Aerospace Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a proactive engineer to lead improvements in engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes.
This role requires the creation and maintenance of the Technical Package to ensure modern, efficient, flexible, and cost-effective methods are used.
As an aerospace maintenance engineer, you will establish and enforce technical standards for component repair processes, ensuring compliance throughout the repair network.
You will analyze service deterioration and use insights from maintenance facilities to support product maturity strategies and life-cycle cost savings.
Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, MRO Bases, Service Operations, Design, and other stakeholders is essential.
Your goal will be to provide ongoing support and identify operational improvements to ensure technical solutions meet specified requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the Technical Package.
- Establish and enforce technical standards.
- Analyze service deterioration and optimize maintenance processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Rlevant technical degree or equivalent industrial experience.
- Significant experience in aerospace engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
- Hands-on experience with engine diagnostics, component repair, reassembly, and testing.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in manufacturing engineering and specialized processes.
Salary: $95,000 per year.
Location: Dery, UK (hybrid).
