Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Location: London or Manchester – hybrid working model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

About the Role:

As a Senior Capacity Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that ensures the DCC's Network Infrastructure is maintained and grows to meet future demand in a timely and cost-efficient manner. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure their capacity plans can be delivered and will produce impact assessments on capacity and performance changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a leadership role within a highly regulated, CNI network planning role.
  • Strong people leadership, engagement, and coaching skills with evidence of leading a high-performing team.
  • Experience of successfully transforming the customer experience within the network planning and capacity management domain.
  • Proven experience of developing and embedding large/complex data networks, managing complex data sets, interpreting demand forecasts, and assessing their impact on current and future network capacity needs.
