Project Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our small but busy Project Management team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing new product development projects, including reporting on project process, budgets, scheduling, risk management, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Analyze and report on various elements of the project
  • Use your experience in new product development to ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide financial reports, including forecasts, estimates, and budget management
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Work to deadlines and ensure adherence to KPIs

Requirements

  • Significant experience working within New Product Development / Innovation with a track record of understanding the NP process end to end
  • Ideal experience with safety critical projects
  • Ideal experience with Project Management, looking to develop a career in this area
  • Education to degree level or equivalent within Engineering or Science
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Clear leadership and organizational skills, demonstrated through a track record and personal presentation
  • Team-oriented, logical, and results-focused mentality
  • Technical skills, including systems and software
  • LEAN skills training, such as 5S
