Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation team at Central London Community Health Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide a comprehensive occupational therapy service to residents of Harrow, including the provision of Early Supported Discharge Service for Stroke and our Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service pathways for people with acquired or progressive neurological conditions.

Main Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work within professional standards and clinical guidelines, promoting best practice and undertaking all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. This includes assessing and treating your own caseload of patients/clients, maintaining professional documentation, and building key relationships with referring agencies, including GPs, acute providers, and other services across CLCH.

Key Requirements

  • OT with appropriate Diploma/degree
  • Current registration with HCPC
  • Attendance at specialist short courses or equivalent CPD activities within the specialist areas of Adult Rehabilitation, Neurology, Older People Rehabilitation
