You will report directly to the directors and work autonomously on managing planning applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and orchestrate planning and development initiatives.
  • Guide a team of planners and engage with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Formulate and present planning applications and assess complex planning issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with planning regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified and MRTPI.
  • Experience in residential planning applications and appeals.
  • Bright, ambitious, and determined to succeed.

Salary: £55k per annum, including a comprehensive package
