Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ICT Managed Service Technician to provide high-quality support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of support, responding to end-user requests, and working closely with the existing staff and end users at the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to end-user requests and provide timely support
  • Engage with the school SLT and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Monitor, diagnose, and fix various ICT system issues
  • Perform day-to-day tasks for end users, including fixing print issues and changing passwords
  • Generate reports for customers and handle hardware support requests
  • Manage Service Desk tickets, prioritize issues, and escalate where required
  • Work effectively with 3rd line Engineers and Account Management to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • Technical competencies: Application Deployment, Desktop Deployment, Supporting Microsoft Windows 11/10, Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Experience working with Laptops Devices, Printer Management, Networking, Backup Management
  • Non-technical requirements: Positive outlook and attitude, Previous experience working in the education sector, Great communicator, Patient and calm temperament, Good Timekeeping, Self-motivator, Can-do attitude, Problem solver
