  • Process payments and handle guest transactions, adhering to hotel credit policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions, providing recommendations and insights to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
